The Oasis Student Living brand combines three meaningful elements to reflect its core values.
- The “OK” hand gesture symbolizes safety and reassurance in a fun, student-friendly way. Within it, a house icon represents accommodation and the feeling of home.
- Integrated into the design is a speech bubble, highlighting social connection, friendship, and mental well-being support.
- Together, these elements create a modern, welcoming identity that speaks to students’ needs both practically and emotionally.

The properties Madeira Isles and Casa JJ are owned by TMM Rentals. The company owns and manages over 340 properties in the residential and student accommodation markets.
The property Sosh Oasis is owned by the Aurelius Property Group, a real-estate investment and development company based in Johannesburg. The property has been developed for and will be owned by Stonefield Credit Partners, a black owned and black managed Asset Management business which manages funds for various sector pension funds in the country.
